Sample Sale Information
Items can only be purchased at sale prices for as long as the sale is live on the website. We are unable to adjust the pricing retrospectively on orders placed prior to or after the sale period.
We are unable to offer combined shipping on separate orders
Once an order is placed we are unable to amend it, we therefore recommend reading the product descriptions carefully for any sizing advice.
Due to the high volume of orders received during our sample sales, shipping may be delayed
We do not offer free returns on sale items or offer exchanges. UK returns are charged at £6 and International Returns are charged at £30. All items must be returned via our returns portal and the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
How do I choose the right size?
For you ease, we have provided the each garment's measurements in each size on the item's product page. We recommend referring to these measurements when deciding which size to choose. For more general sizing advice, you can also refer to our sizing information page. If you require further assistance, please go get in touch with us at hello@wiggykit.com. Wiggy Kit is designed to be worn slightly oversized and exaggerated in silhouette, no matter what your shape or size. The design aesthetic is sometimes slouchy, roomy and relaxed. Almost always, either a belt or a drawstring can adjust each garment to provide a more form fitting shape, adjustable to your desired look. This provides you with the option to wear it as you wish. As a rule, if you are between sizes or are more petite, it might be advisable to opt for the smaller size, as the fit can be generous.
How do I care for my garments?
Please refer to the individual care labels inside the garments. We recommend you dry clean our silk garments, however, most other pieces can be gently machine washed on a cold hand-wash cycle, drip dried in the shade and pressed using a cool iron setting.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. An item would have to be returned for a full refund via our usual returns method and re-ordered either in the correct size or an alternative style. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, therefore you have 14 days from purchase to return any items for a refund or exchange in unworn, saleable condition, all tags still attached and in it's original packaging. We cannot accept returns which do not fit this criteria. We also do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items. Please note, it is not possible for us to accept returns in person. Please return all items via our returns portal. We offer free UK returns and pre-paid shipping labels for international orders, which will be deducted from your refund, £25 for EU returns and £30 for Rest of the World returns. We cannot take responsibility for any items you are returning until they have reached our warehouse. How will my items be delivered?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, although there may be a slight delay during exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sales. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. Wiggy Kit is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
UK DELIVERY
All UK orders will be charged at £5.95 and will be delivered within 2-3 business date from dispatch. Dispatch may take longer during busy sales periods.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Orders for delivery to Europe or the USA will take 3-5 business days from date of dispatch, while deliveries to other international countries will take up to 7 business days. All European orders will be charged a flat rate shipping cost of £25. US and Rest of World orders will be charged at the flat rate of £30. Dispatch may take longer during busy sales periods.
TAXES & DUTIES
Outside of the UK the customer will be responsible for any further taxes and custom duties.
