UK DELIVERY
All UK orders will be charged at £5.95 and will be delivered usually within 1-2 business days from dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Orders for delivery to Europe or the USA will usually take 3-5 business days, while deliveries to other international countries will usually take up to 7 business days. All European orders will be charged a flat rate shipping cost of £25. All US and Rest of World orders will be charged at a flat rate of £30. For clients based outside of the UK (Including the EU), the client will be liable to pay for any taxes and duties imposed by their country. These are charges set by your local government and not Wiggy Kit. We collect these taxes and duties at checkout and pay them on your behalf, therefore you should not be contacted by shippers or customs for additional customs charges. Wiggy Kit is not responsible for these charges and the purchaser will incur the charges set forth by your country customs and excise, in addition to the shipping charges, which is included in your final price.
TAXES & DUTIES
Outside of the UK (in Europe and the rest of the world), the customer will be responsible for any further taxes and custom duties. These are charges set by your local government and not Wiggy Kit. We collect these taxes and duties at checkout and pay them on your behalf, therefore you should not be contacted by the shippers or customs for additional customs charges. Wiggy Kit is not responsible for these charges and the purchaser will incur the charges set forth by your country customs and excise, in addition to the shipping charges, which is included in your final price. Please note we are unable to refund these charges should you choose to return the item to us.
SALE DELIVERY
Please be aware that during the sales period, delivery times may be delayed due to a high volume of orders.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Please return all items to us via our returns portal.
Sale Items:
Please be aware that we do not offer free returns or any exchanges on sale items. UK sale returns are charged at £6 and International Returns are charged at £30. All items must be returned via our returns portal and the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Our return period is 14 days from shipping. The sale period applies only to the dates stated and cannot be extended or retrospectively discounted should you purchase outside of the sale period.
Returns and Exchanges:
We hope you will enjoy your Wiggy Kit however, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please return all items via our return portal. In the UK we offer free returns on full-priced orders. For international returns (EU and rest of the world) we offer return shipping labels via the returns portal that will be charged upon request from the portal. We charge £25 for EU returns and £30 for USA and rest of the world. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the unwanted item for a refund and purchase the new item that is required. Returns can only be accepted if the garments are returned to us in unworn, saleable condition, with all the labels still attached as well as the security tag. Please note we are unable to refund the original shipping charges. Any taxes and duties paid at checkout are also non-refundable. International Returns:
For international returns (EU and rest of the world) we offer return shipping labels via our returns portal. We charge £25 for EU returns and £30 for rest of the world.This is paid charged via the portal when the return is being requested. Any taxes and duties paid at checkout are also non-refundable.
