UK DELIVERY
All UK orders will be charged at £5.95 and will be delivered usually within 2-3 business days from dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Orders for delivery to Europe or the USA will usually take 3-5 business days, while deliveries to other international countries will usually take up to 7 business days. All European orders will be charged a flat rate shipping cost of £25. All US and Rest of World orders will be charged at a flat rate of £30. For clients based outside of the UK (Including the EU), the client will be liable to pay for any taxes and duties imposed by their country. These are charges set by your local government and not Wiggy Kit. We collect these taxes and duties at checkout and pay them on your behalf, therefore you should not be contacted by shippers or customs for additional customs charges. Wiggy Kit is not responsible for these charges and the purchaser will incur the charges set forth by your country customs and excise, in addition to the shipping charges, which is included in your final price.
PACKAGING
All of our items arrive in "Wiggy Kit" canvas bag with signature gold stitching. Perfect for using around town or at the beach. During sale periods, alternative packaging will be used.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Sale Items:
Please be aware that we do not offer free returns or any exchanges on sale items. UK sale returns are charged at £6 and International Returns are charged at £30. All items must be returned via our returns portal and the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Our return period is 14 days from shipping. The sale period applies only to the dates stated and cannot be extended or retrospectively discounted should you purchase outside of the sale period.
Returns and Exchanges:
We hope you will enjoy your Wiggy Kit however, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please return all items via our return portal. In the UK we offer free returns. For international returns (EU and rest of the world) we offer pre-paid shipping labels that will be deducted from your refund, £25 for EU returns and £30 for rest of the world. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the unwanted item for a refund and purchase the new item that is required. Returns can only be accepted if the garments are returned to us in unworn, saleable condition, with all the labels still attached and in it's original packaging. Please note we are unable to refund the original shipping charges. Any taxes and duties paid at checkout are also non-refundable. International Returns:
For international returns (EU and rest of the world) we offer pre-paid shipping labels that will be deducted from your refund, £25 for EU returns and £30 for rest of the world. Please read all instructions provided with your shipping label and shipping documents carefully. These will be e-mailed to you once your return has been approved via our returns portal. We will send you a commercial invoice along with your shipping label. You will need to print 3 copies of the commercial invoice and sign each copy. These 3 copies should be folded and placed inside the clear shipping pouch included in your parcel and affixed to the outside of the mailer bag. Please do not seal the shipping pouch as customs will need to access the documents. We cannot take responsibility for any charges that are incurred to us due to incorrectly executed returns and these charges will be deducted from your refund.
