Returns and Exchanges
We hope you will enjoy your Wiggy Kit however, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return them within 14 days of purchase for a refund. All returns, both domestic and international, are at the clients expense. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the unwanted item for a refund and purchase the new item that is required. Returns can only be accepted if the garments are returned to us in unworn, saleable condition, with all the labels still attached and in it's original packaging. It is recommended you return items to us using a recorded delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit. Please also be aware, if returning an item from outside of the EU, you will need to include a detailed commercial invoice clearly stipulating that the goods are 'returning to the country of origin' and therefore not subject to import taxes and duties. This must also be stated clearly on the waybill that it is 'returning to the country of origin'. We cannot be held liable for any charges incurred due to incorrect shipping and any costs incurred by Wiggy Kit will be deducted from the amount refunded should the returns procedure not be followed correctly or the item refused. Please be aware that ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL and cannot be exchanged or refunded. We cannot accept any items returned to us for any reason. The sale period applies only to the dates stated and cannot be extended or retrospectively discounted should you purchase outside of the sale period.
