Please be aware that ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL and cannot be exchanged or refunded. We cannot accept any items returned to us for any reason. The sale period applies only to the dates stated and cannot be extended or retrospectively discounted should you purchase outside of the sale period.
Returns and Exchanges:
We hope you will enjoy your Wiggy Kit however, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please return all items via our return portal. In the UK we offer free returns. For international returns (EU and rest of the world) we offer pre-paid shipping labels that will be deducted from your refund, £25 for EU returns and £30 for rest of the world. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the unwanted item for a refund and purchase the new item that is required. Returns can only be accepted if the garments are returned to us in unworn, saleable condition, with all the labels still attached and in it's original packaging. Please note we are unable to refund the original shipping charges. Any taxes and duties paid at checkout are also non-refundable. For international returns (EU and rest of the world) we offer pre-paid shipping labels that will be deducted from your refund, £25 for EU returns and £30 for rest of the world. Please read all instructions provided with your shipping label and shipping documents carefully. These will be e-mailed to you once your return has been approved via our returns portal. We will send you a commercial invoice along with your shipping label. You will need to print 4 copies of the commercial invoice and sign each copy. These 4 copies should be folded and placed inside the clear shipping pouch included in your parcel and affixed to the outside of the mailer bag. Please do not seal the shipping pouch as customs will need to access the documents. We cannot take responsibility for any charges that are incurred to us due to incorrectly executed returns and these charges will be deducted from your refund.
